2. Online Account
By registering on www.thekundanstore.in, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered email ID and chosen password. You are solely responsible for all activities and transactions conducted under your account. Any order placed through your login credentials will be deemed to have been placed by you and will be processed accordingly. The Kundan Store will not be liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of your account due to negligence in maintaining confidentiality.

3. Terms of Operations
www.thekundanstore.in reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice. All pending or confirmed orders at the time of such suspension or discontinuation will either be fulfilled as scheduled or refunded in full. The Kundan Store further reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity without obligation to provide a reason. The Kundan Store shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its services.

4. Warranty and Liability
All products sold through www.thekundanstore.in are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, unless otherwise stated. The Kundan Store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. We shall also not be held responsible for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform our obligations due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

This website is independently designed, maintained, and managed by The Kundan Store. 6. Damaged Products
Each product is carefully inspected and undergoes multiple quality checks before being dispatched. However, minor damages that occur during transit are beyond our control.
If you receive a damaged product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by sending clear images or a short video of the damaged product to WhatsApp +91-8287400970.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement of the same or a similar product, subject to stock availability.
Please note:
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
- Bridal Jewellery is not eligible for replacement or return under any circumstances.

7. Missed Delivery / Non-Acceptance
Our delivery partners make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If the order remains undelivered after these attempts or is refused at delivery, it will be returned to us automatically.
To have the order re-shipped:
- You must request reshipment and pay an additional shipping fee of ₹250.
- For Cash-on-Delivery orders, the reshipment will only be processed after full online payment of the original order value along with the reshipping charges.
Failure to accept or collect deliveries may affect future order eligibility.
