KUNDAN STORE — RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Kundan Store, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. However, due to the nature of jewellery products, we follow a strict but transparent policy.


📦 RETURNS (INDIA ONLY)

We offer returns in the form of Store Credit or Coupon Code only.

Return Window:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be shipped back within 5 days after approval

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Returns without original packaging or with signs of use will be rejected

  • Store Credit / Coupon Code issued within 3 working days after inspection

  • No monetary refunds under any circumstances


❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Bridal Jewellery

  • Bangles

  • Gift Sets


🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • No returns, exchanges, or cancellations after processing

  • All international sales are final

Exceptions (Damage/Defect Only):

  • Must be reported within 48 hours with proof

  • Resolution provided at company discretion


❌ CANCELLATION POLICY

India Orders:

  • Allowed only before dispatch

Prepaid Orders:

  • Before dispatch:

    • Refund to source OR Store Credit (5% deduction)

COD Orders:

  • ₹250 deduction for non-acceptance


🌍 INTERNATIONAL CANCELLATIONS

  • Before processing: 5% deduction

  • After processing, before dispatch: 30% deduction

  • After dispatch: No cancellation


💳 REFUND FORMAT

  • Only via Store Credit / Coupon Code

  • Validity: 1 year

  • Single-use only

  • Cannot be combined with other offers


⚖️ DEDUCTIONS

  • ₹250: Non-acceptance / RTO charges

  • ₹125: Free shipping recovery

  • 5%: Payment gateway charges

  • 30%: International processing cancellations


💰 TOKEN AMOUNT (COD)

  • Non-refundable

  • ₹250 courier deduction applies

  • Excess (if any) refunded as Store Credit


🚫 GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • No returns after 48 hours of delivery

  • No returns for dissatisfaction (design/expectation mismatch)

  • Maximum 2 return credits allowed per order trail

  • Misuse of credits may lead to restrictions


💎 DAMAGED PRODUCT (INDIA ONLY)

1. Report within 48 hours with unboxing proof
2. Reverse pickup arranged (if approved)
3. Resolution:

  • Replacement OR

  • Store Credit (no cash refund)


🕰️ STORE CREDIT RULES

  • Valid for 1 year

  • Single-use only

  • Non-transferable

  • Cannot be reactivated once used
